The initial step in hair transplant surgical processcal|medical] operation] is to apply anthesthesia. Next, the donor tissue is taken out. A stereomiscroscope draws the follicular units from the tissue. This work is completed thoroughly by accomplished nurses and surgical operation, and then later followed by the actual process of inserting the hair into the receptor positions. when the follicular units for the hair transplant are dissected out of the donor tissue, surgical process set them to one side in a saline solution. An optimal temperature must be observed in order for the tiny grafts to live through the process which is done with extreme care to produce a decent result.

The doctor makes small incisions in the scalp in order to create a place for the hair transfer graftings to be placed. These receptor sites are performed with a very thin medical needle, and the operating surgeon needs to be very creative to keep the process looking realistic, especially at the hairline. The hair growth direction on the front as well as the crown of the head is essential. The doctor has to make the visual aspect of the hair that has recently been added look like the person’s real hair since the way the hair is arranged decides how it will arise from the head.

A conditioned surgical team will step in, after the surgeon has made the hair transfer incisions, laying out the pattern that he has created. The graftings will be more permanently set into place when the technicians dry them by blowing a cool blow dryer across them which makes them bind in place so that no bandages are necessary. The patient has to carry a baseball cap with him or will be given one after the hair transfer procedure is completed.

The day after the procedure, you will see the doctor for a follow up, so that he can check on the graftings and quickly correct any problem. At this stage the physician is completed with his part of the hair transplant procedure and now you only need periodic follow-up exams. When there has been a good deal of balding, there could be more procedures, but everything is done with a great amount of extraordinary care.
