Yoga is excellent for the young and old alike. The practice of Yoga is growing fast and becoming popular as it is not what is done to you but it is what you do. It is very gentle on the body which will help your to build up flexibility and endurance. Associated Press and Fit Yoga claim the discipline is increasing in popularity among soldiers for improving stamina, mental focus and flexibility. Therefore, it shouldn’t be viewed only as a physical exercise but as a practice as well, which creates a much greater sense of inner harmony and well-being.
